Last weekend we decided to make some pizzas and it was a lot of fun, so I took a few snaps to share with you. We cheated ever so slightly and bought 2 ready-made bases, but to make up for that we got loads of cool stuff for toppings. We weren't sure how they would turn out but they were delicious and so easy to make!
We used passata as the base on both. On our first pizza we loaded on some mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of olive oil and popped it in the oven, and added parma ham and rocket just before serving. Our second pizza consisted of cheddar cheese (lots of), mushrooms and pancetta.
They were so tasty - I can't wait to make pizza again, or maybe a calzone? Yum!

What is your favourite pizza topping? Mine is ham (proper ham) and pineapple but I have yet to find someone else who can stomach it!
